When using Internet Explorer?

If you'd like to change it just open the style.css file and change the width and height settings.

I'm not sure what you'd like to change. If you want to the avatar not to extend vertical or horizontal just change auto to hidden. But I guess it depends on what you're definition of "fixed" means.

I ended up limiting the height and width to 60px
 
I must have missed out on that in the css file because I was actually looking for avatar but missed it.
